Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advanced prompt strategies for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate prompt performance and optimize response accuracy
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for diverse industry applications (healthcare, finance, retail)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production AI workflows
- Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques (few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting)

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
