Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users and resolve complex network issues.
- Automate IT tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
