Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux).
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, firewalls, and software issues.
- Oversee Active Directory management, user accounts, and security protocols.
- Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to internal staff and resolve complex tickets.
- Perform regular system audits, software updates, and patch management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA Security+ or related certifications preferred.
