Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux server environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and user security.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan server upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
