Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages and hardware failures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Proficiency in managing virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
