Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including firewalls and access controls
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and scripting languages
- Oversee network configurations, backups, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives
- Document system configurations and update maintenance logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
