Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware), and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and implement security protocols (SIEM, firewalls)
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible for operational efficiency
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with SOX/GDPR standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration and virtualization
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN), cloud platforms, and security best practices
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS/Azure preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
