Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability management frameworks
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform
- Resolve Tier 3 system outages with SLA-driven response times
- Design disaster recovery solutions with RTO/RPO compliance
- Optimize network performance using Cisco/Juniper technologies
- Document IT infrastructure using Visio/ServiceNow
- Lead server migrations and capacity planning projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Windows Server 2019+ and Ubuntu environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, and bash scripting
- Experience with AWS/Azure hybrid architectures
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
- Ability to lift 40lbs for hardware maintenance
- CISSP or similar security certification preferred
