Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments
- Implement security protocols and ensure system compliance
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Configure and manage network devices (routers, firewalls, switches)
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of system administration experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Certification (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
