- Scenario Planning: Develop and maintain forward-looking scenarios for 2026-2030, identifying potential disruptors in AI, Quantum Computing, and Green Tech.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global macro-economic and technological trends to inform product development and business strategy.
- Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to align current development cycles with future market demands.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, engaging manner.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and emerging market entrants to safeguard Nexus Horizon's market position.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or technology foresight.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Futures Studies).
- Tools: Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic modeling software.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
