- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance standards across all platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies to determine their viability for our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration within production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
