Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the security and functionality of deployed software.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
