Join TechNova Analytics as a Senior Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business insights. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive data-driven decision-making across our dynamic organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and optimize operations using cutting-edge analytics tools. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with 3 days in our modern Phoenix office and 2 remote days weekly.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track business performance
- Design and implement data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing and product strategies
- Maintain documentation for data processes and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
