Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Provide critical technical support and maintenance for applications during the Weekend Shift to ensure zero downtime.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production incidents with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share technical knowledge with the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Friday-Sunday or rotating weekends) with a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
