Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Execute critical weekend maintenance cycles, system deployments, and database updates with zero downtime.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers on the weekend team.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and coding standards.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#) and databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and weekends as needed with a positive attitude.
