- Code Quality: Perform rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to our coding standards and security protocols.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor code to improve performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the DevOps and QA teams to streamline the release process.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java, Python, or Go preferred).
- Schedule: Proven ability to work successfully in a weekend shift or rotating shift environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
- Tools: Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SQL databases, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of debugging complex technical issues.
