Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Debug complex system issues and optimize code for maximum performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to security and coding best practices.
- Contribute to the automation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant language (Java, Python, C#, or Go).
- Proven experience working in a Night Shift or rotational shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
