Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with UX designers to build responsive React interfaces
- Conduct weekend deployments with zero-downtime strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Automate infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Experience with gRPC and GraphQL APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-scale projects
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
