Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business units to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data cleaning and validation processes.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in clear, concise language.
- Build and maintain SQL databases and perform ETL processes to support data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia (Relocation assistance provided).
