Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale software solutions using Java, Python, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability within cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
