- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems to drive business growth.
- Remote Leadership: Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Tools: Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
