Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core components of our equity options trading platform using Java and Python
- Implement real-time market data processing and risk calculation algorithms
- Write unit tests and ensure code quality through CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with traders and quants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance for high-frequency trading operations
- Document code and contribute to technical architecture reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar OOP languages
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Basic understanding of financial markets and derivatives is a plus
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
