Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions tailored for high-volume environments.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues that occur during off-peak hours with minimal supervision.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers (via asynchronous channels) to define feature requirements.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical architecture planning.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shift hours.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
