Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex code issues in a 24/7 operational environment to ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience working in Night Shift, rotating shifts, or asynchronous remote environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
