Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on night shift team
- Resolve production incidents with SLA-driven incident response
- Develop APIs and integrate third-party services using REST/gRPC
- Contribute to security audits and compliance frameworks (SOC2/HIPAA)
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones using Jira/Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with night shift exposure
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
