Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using Python and SQL for enterprise datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership teams
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives with clear visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record translating business questions into analytical frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
