Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and improve application performance, speed, and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software stability and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React, Node.js, or Angular is highly preferred.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
