Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and resolve technical challenges to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend Skills: Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Database: Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub).
