Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations driving KPI improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic insights
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
