Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in transactional datasets
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate technical insights into business strategy
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL (window functions, complex joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI (certification preferred)
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing experience
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- BS/MS in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
