Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize customer acquisition
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring 99.9% data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift/GCP BigQuery)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Financial services industry experience preferred
