Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows that are both visually stunning and functionally robust.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Design and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch, Illustrator, etc.).
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
