Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of next-generation digital experiences. Based in Irvine, CA, but embracing a remote-friendly work culture, we offer the opportunity to work on high-impact products that reach millions of users.
In this role, you will define the user journey from concept to launch, ensuring our software solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful. You will act as a design advocate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to define and solve complex product problems.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team and executive leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong, portfolio-driven background.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
