Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user needs.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and product teams, advocating for the user.
- Optimize existing user flows and interfaces to improve conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
