Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Execute manual and automated regression tests to ensure product stability and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with high precision using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with Software Developers and Product Managers to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline to automate build verification.
- Conduct performance and security testing to optimize application speed and reliability.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders regarding project health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, specifically in QA Automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and database querying (SQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.
