We are looking for a passionate Entry-Level UX Designer to join our creative team in Arlington, Texas. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive, accessible designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Participate in user research activities, including user interviews and usability testing sessions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify design trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and testing results to improve usability.
- Assist in maintaining our design system and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience is accepted).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, case studies, and creative thinking (academic or personal projects are perfectly fine).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions to non-designers.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for solving complex user problems.
