Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Configure and set up new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Qualifications
