As our new UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey across our suite of products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights that drive design decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and seamless integration into the development lifecycle.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring scalable and consistent user interfaces.
- Iterative Design: Rapidly prototype and iterate on features based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Portfolio: A strong, comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch) and prototyping software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
