Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and measurable impact
