Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices.
- Present design proposals and iterate based on user feedback and business goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
