Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for enterprise applications
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and client partners
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating process work and measurable impact on user experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies and JIRA
