Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to define product requirements.
- Translate complex user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation excellence.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders to secure buy-in for new features.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
