Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing healthcare or SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to start immediately and contribute from day one
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
