Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to prototyping and testing
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain design documentation and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience designing for complex enterprise applications and SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
