Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A strong, polished portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for the user.
