Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Present design solutions to executive leadership
- Track design metrics and iterate based on user feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, testing, surveys)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement
