Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
