Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to identify unmet needs
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs in Figma
- Lead design workshops with stakeholders to align on product vision
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize existing experiences
- Present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Experience with A/B testing and quantitative analysis
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Background in service design or complex system architecture
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field
