Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Develop detailed test cases and user acceptance criteria (UAC)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
- Generate quality metrics reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual and automated)
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and database systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Experience with Selenium/Cypress or similar automation frameworks
