Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Optimize user flows and interface designs to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including process work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an agile, remote-first environment is a plus.
